Hello GM's and developers,
There seems to be an aura of negative activity flowing through the forums and many of us (including myself) are wondering if these outcries will affect future updates. I am not requesting changes to the current system (silver key prices, shadow key/accessory drop rates, etc...). My only request is to give us a more in-depth view on how major update features (keys/accessories/gates) will be accessible to players. For example, many of us anticipated on being able to play new content immediately after the shadow lair update and are now outraged having found out upon release that only a handful of players would even gain access to the shadow lair. If a new item were added to the lockbox system, it would be nice to know weeks in advance. Robin Walker and team are very successful at introducing new items to their crate system and users are happy with a simple notification. I would like to obtain a shadow key and have some fun with my fellow guild members however, I am skeptical in doing so due to public outcry and poor announcement notification. I simply do not want to waste tons of energy on a feature that could suddenly change. Would it be safe to open a few lockboxes now and not have to regret my decisions due to a potential update? Is there even an in-house discussion over potential price/drop rate changes? Regardless, please consider more in-depth announcements before implementing updates that require larger amounts of energy.

Thank you,
-DC

this should have been Day 1

this should have been Day 1 implementation

this is the first game where they not only spring a surprise update (not an emergency one at that) in as little as 15 mins heads up, they dont even compile a complete list of changes in their patch notices (prime example is the DA stealth patch)

the way things are it makes OOO seem like they are pulling the wool over our eyes and hope we don't find out. if you're going to change something, be honorable enough to let us know what ever it may be or else we will feel more betrayed
