So there are a lot of complaints in the spiralknights forums. A lot of you think that these complaints are bad yeah some are but these complaints help give ideas for three rings. I think that three rings uses these complaints to help spiralknights more than we think, if there are many complaint threads than that mean that there are many people that have that complain if there is just one thread complaining, i.e autogun to pepperbox upgrade needs more damage complaint, then it is probably not a real issue unless its one of those big giant threads. So this means that yeah it might seem bad and cluttered that there are 50 complaint threads on say shock or guns needing a buff but hey that says something!

So with this three rings does understand how all of you think that the shadow key idea was bad and i bet they have a good count on a number of threads complaining about it and that is a good thing that you all get to say what you dont like about the game and the thread isnt just deleted and ignored.

Right now all of us should be confident that three rings understands that there is a shadow key change needed and i bet they have something in store to change it / they are discussing it. imo a good idea is make it cost 100 ce / going down a shadow elevator or something like that. Without complaints the devs would have no idea that we did not like this.

So three ring dont ever give up on reading complaints even if some are bad! I see a lot of the complaints includes great suggestions that would be awesome for spiral knights. Also something important is to never forget the past complaints! (guns need buffed / shock is overpowered / some gear still needs upgraded to 5*) because these past complaints could make a great update for spiral knights in the future!
