I play lockdown often, but there isn't a good reason for playing lockdown.
Especially when it comes to guild vs guild...it's like why do we even bother doing guild vs guild...when there is nothing special about it.
So, why don't we have daily battle dungeon like thing, which winner (as a guild) can own a gate or floor of clockwork for a week or something.
And if you success defending it from other guilds, as a reward, the guild can obtain materials to make something special (could be 6 star or ticket for entering shadow lairs or something) and while the guild own the specific gate or floor, the guild can have the entrance fee from players who are going in to the floor or gate.
I know that this might cause a problem of one guild owning all the gates and floors, but so far, what i've seen in t3 lockdown, there are good players in many different guilds, so if there'd be one guild owning all the gate and things, other players can form a guild for competing with the guild that keeps owning everything (there probably are many other solutions)
But yea, my main point is let's have battle dungeon system.
This is like a rough draft, so we, players, can develop the idea and make a good suggestion for 3 rings to make SK even better.
Let's make more fun guild vs guild thing.

With only 4 active gates, only the 10 largest guilds could even compete.... not fun for everyone else. They'd have much better luck with the introduction of a new gate map specifically for that purpose rather then take over the existing ones. And Shadow lair rewards would also be unfair to the rest of the playerbase.... I'd be pissed too if I saw an entire guild in Snarby armor because they got free passes into the area.
