I got a Vitasuit Deluxe as a random drop. It's unbound.
Is that the kind of thing that would sell for a vaguely reasonable amount, or am I better off keeping it for personal goofing off?

It's all about timing.
Any 4* item that is unbound has some value. If you like it as a costume, keep it. If you want to make some CE from the sale of it, wait for a good offer.
