Does not currently exist. I will instead offer to sell you one of the few existing materials needed to craft it - Gremlonium, for 8k CE.
Alternatively, if you front me a shadow key, an Angelic Rainment with the UV of your choice, a Seraphic mail recipe, and the CE and CR required to upgrade to Seraphic Mail, I could upgrade your Angelic Rainment for you, and then sell you the final product for around ~20k CE.
I just want to make this clear again - the reason people haven't tried to sell you Heavenly Iron Armor is because none exist. Very few gremlonium exist and most are hanging onto them for themselves because of the rarity.
