What the [foozle], lag spikes huge as the Alps Mountains attacked us during a [foozling] shadow run, the damn key costed like 500k cr, friend of ours had to use his cr up and get this [crappy] lag spike problem? The [foozle] is wrong with spiral knights, no java mods and coding propositions i saw on the net could fix this problem, is the damn internet traffic that bad? All of us have a grade A internet connection wtf

[Edit: Please watch the language, and remember that issues like this should be brought to the attention of the GMs in-game for the fastest response.]

Fix bug reporting first.

Yes this was very annoying and we would like to be compensated for this cause we have proof of the problem, the guy who bought the key recorded it and it was a total bummer for him i mean he spent like 500k on it and to get no rewards from it and we all spent like over 500ce and 20k crowns trying to rev and do our best to complete it but it was of no worth cause as soon as we respawned we just stuck there cause the lagg was soooo bad, u guys picked the perfect time for your servers to mess up thanks alot 3rings really thanks for nothing -____-

Agreed, this is absolutely ridiculous. Wasted 440k on a shadow key myself and my party had similar issues when we tried it last night and eventually had to give up. If 3 Rings are going to have levels that cost a huge amount to play like the shadow lairs they need better architecture to support them, including European servers.

Very disillusioned with this update (not just because we lost, but because we never had a fair chance) and will likely quit.

yes Foquizzle it seems that last nite had huge lag problems on the servers wat a great time for us i mean we just opened the gate and as soon as we went down the lag got even worse we said we would wait a bit to see if it would go then it never went so we tried our best to fight our way through the lagg but it was of no use 3rings u have to compensate us in some way give back a key or money and all the energy we wasted trying to fight our way through that lag it was terrible people spent alot of stuff to get those keys and then it was of no use then comon plz look into this matter.......

Hello im the Nokturna the person that used the shadow key and here is my proof of the lag spike. i colected 4 clips . If it was like this for me i can only imagine my 3 team mates that where in the same run. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gaHU-oEprt8 I do love SpiralKnights and i have soported you guys. But if im goign to spend over 500k to get a key just to loose it with out having a chance at the price.. why even bother buying anything else in the future? Ugh, that's no good at all, for anyone. For the fastest response to issues like this, please report them in-game as soon as they happen, so that the GMs will see it quickly.
