Yeah its too bad they didn't have it be ctr :/ but what I do not like most is that it isn't piercing like mercurial set nor are there big differences in the defenses (accounting for levis has elemental max UV on one at least i didnt check all the pics). Because of this, even if you are not a bomber and after the movement speed for fun or combat or whatever you are after it for (non-costume wise), its more of a choice of wether you are after elemental or piercing defense, instead of wether you are bombs vs. not bombs.
