hmm, I hadn't seen the new one before now, but if that's how it looks. I like it. It reflects the "sealed" aspect more. Before it just looked like an avenger that kept dropping dollars.
Though ironically, I'm not as big of a fan of the new 4* versions and I did like the dropping dollar effect...

The sword itself actually
The sword itself actually looks the same, it just no longer has the shining green particle on it. A lot of people didn't think it looked very "sealed" which is probably why they changed it, but I always figured the green shininess was supposed to represent the seal itself, while the yellow and purple particles of the four-star avenger and faust indicated a weakening of the seal.

I dont know. I saw it in use
I dont know. I saw it in use today and thought it was something else. Then I inspected the guy and noticed it was Sealed. I cant give a definitive opinion yet. I am still 50/50 for it.

I think the new look suits it more, what with it being sealed and all, and now you can actually see the wrappings that seem to be constantly falling off. The new look for the Avenger/Faust fit as well, with the same look, but the "unsealed" power emerging, and reaching full form with DA/GF.

i just dont like the fix for
i just dont like the fix for the charge they did on the swords.
If I am backed against the wall, the charge for my DA will break out, but then stop and not go further. It really sucks because it means I cant be at a wall and still use the charge to its fullest. and I dont mind the lack of the 2 glitches in FSC being patched. It is annoying, but I do not mind. It is the lack of a full charge that bugs me. They seriously nerfed the DA with the patch.

Sealed Sword...
Being able to actually see the blade with the seals intact looks really excellent, I think. I use one for T2 lockdown and I like it. I have not seen either 4* upgrade since the change; are they at all different?
I wouldn't mind seeing a third option for that line that continues to give random status affects, like a 'classic' Ragnarok or Chaos blade.

Now it's just a blade with wrappings...
I noticed that the glow on Avenger was a bit fainter too, not sure if that was the patch

I like the new sealed sword. The older one looked stupid. At least this one is wrapped like it should be. "Sealed" Sword didn't make much sense until this update.
