5 to 10k, will be difficult
5 to 10k, will be difficult to sell. so lean towards the min price. The perfect use for it is Ironmight Plate Shield.

Fits well with other appraisals. Would make a great Ironmight. If someone wants it for 7K CE i will sell, if not I will spend my days walking around the jelly palace to see how many hits it will take to break.

Its not a very seen item and its pierce not a very needed stat compared to say fire/shadow/elemental but I'd be willing to buy it off you if you wanna sell it.
