Today after my UFSC run I attempted to go solo in the Unknown Passage and I got an unexpected error. My group leader attempted to boot me so I could go solo and he too got an unexpected error.
Is this intentional? Do we have to solo a shadow lair if we want to face the Swarm alone?
Finish the boss level in the Gate, do NOT go into elevator
close your client -.^
get everyone to go on the elevator while your client's down
reclient.

when you do that in other areas you follow your party so i guess thats whats going to happen
no clue why u would want to go solo for the swarm
@Noobowns Just for the sake of doing it. That's the whole reason the shadow lair exists, isn't it? For the challenge. (also to empty players pockets of their CE popping boxes trying to find a key)
@Khamsin I expect that going solo or kicking is to prevent essentially scamming people out of keys. Like if a relatively green player gets a shadow key and tries to pick up some endgame players to go with him, then gets kicked or has everyone bail once he unlocks the elevator... "Thanks for the unlock, and no I won't help you get through the level, cya!"
And also because some people take high tier players with them and charge them either a 4th the cost of the key or charge them the material that drops at the end. Which I still do not know how the material drop at the end works.
Parties are locked upon entering the Shadow Lair. It may have been extended to leaving the party to go solo as well.
