Hi, first, I am an Euro player and we have a notably worse connection to the Spiral Knight Servers than North Americans' (you know, cause OOO is in the U.S.), that makes much harder to play any Vanaduke Run or any Shadow Lair Run and it is very often impossible to make a clean run. (Even there were many frustrated runs since our terrible connection that covers 2 stripes maximum). So stop crying and complaining about lag, your connection is enviable and your lag is nothing compared than Europeans'. If you die, it is because they hit you. (and it was not your poor mates' fault).
Unknown Passage looked more easier than Magnus' run showed, because it was nerfed.

Topic apart, In my modest opinion, Magnus & friends should do a Streaming run instead of criticizing Chris' actions every time and show off their past achievements. I have not seen any real run of them, and YouTube videos do not prove to me nothing yet. Stream or nothing.

Yah, there is not point of comparation of North American players and European players (or from any other world zone), nobody is the best player of this game. OOO servers do not let weigh up that.

I assure everyone that I am not a Chris-hater or a Magnus-hater or any raging guy, my words are for everybody that is reading this, even are for me.

Please, OOO, can you set up servers in every zone in the Earth? It is a request to make better the performance on this game and supress this unfair advantage. I love this game and I cannot stop playing it but these issues make me disgusted and feeling a bit discriminated.

As a little note here, this is not ALL that true; I also have a lot of latency issues (always at 1 - 2 bars of connection - Haven't ever been at 3 or 4 for a constant rate. My ISP is pretty crappy, aswell), but I honestly fair off pretty well. Lag does get in the way A LOT, but it's not ALL that difficult to handle it, assuming you know how to. Play a bit more carefully, don't rely on "last minute" shielding or dodging too much. This applies even to players with great connections, to be honest.

@Chris - In all honesty, looking forward to the UFSC run. Interested in watching how you'll approach it.

Ugh, chris, you're making yourself the justin beiber of the fourms @_@. Sorry if you count that as a troll, I was going for a critique there. Though people do really watch your videos, so you have credit there.

Actually if you've seen Justin Bieber he's pretty level-headed and doesn't get angry, and I don't think he minds critique. For example someone actually threw a water bottle at him and he just shrugged it off and went at his merry way. He's like the anti-drama.

His fan base is another thing, however.

Uh hey chris... I don't like buying a lot of energy so im not rly at constant vana running point for only playing for not long so i have a bit of questions and you seem like you would know them sry I have to bother youre probably tired of this thread...

Is the AP / Silversix good for Vanaduke and using just that alone on vanaduke do-able? or would you say it doesn't push enough damage to be a good weapon for a starter who would be beginning vana. In other words, do I really need to get the blitz needle up because it is the only viable gun (I'm not a big fan of the immobile-ness, will this even matter though?)?

and second, Is owlite shield enough to withstand vana's fire overall? none of the gunner sets have fire resist, and none of the new shadow lair gunner sets have fire resistance even though this is what us gunners are lacking but this comes as no surprise that this new gunner set for us doesn't have fire resistance since it does not even exist (More gunner love OOO :P) and ive been just heating / upgrading gunner set since thats what ive preferred. If just owl shield isn't enough what set should i begin getting with FR?

and also guys if making a thread about narcissism (even though this one was kind of originally about helping people that watch the thing or however this thingummy works i haven't tried it) is such an issue, then what about on the wiki someone claims to be the best player (disregarding they have great examples) and you all dont get angry at magawhatshisface for being narcissistic? or maybe you all have eh whatever i just want my questions answered by someone with vana experience ._.

I learned that lesson when going through The Library in Halo. I got bored of the Halo franchise anyway.

I got the same video freezing issue as well (audio still ran as normal). Probably one of the content server is flooded.

I've never watched any of your streams , but if your doing a lockdown one i'll probably watch that to get a feel for how i can beat you.
