A while ago I saw him spamming the same thing, but instead he's buying CE at 50cr.
I don't know what to make of it. Surely none of us would actually trade with this guy, but he claims to have got a lot of trading done. Since neither you or I could do anything about it, or maybe he's not making a lot, I'm sorry I made this thread. I just wanted to tell people about him.
if you find people who are wiling to sell for less something you can sell to others for more I call that good business practice, nothing wrong with it, happens in every store you go to or they'd go out of business, also how stocks work (buy low, sell high).
He's buying those mats at a tenth or less than their value. That feels more like a scam than a business to me.
the people who are selling them are failing on their part to check the AH right behind him first, I never make deals with people peddling their offers like this without first checking what their value is on the market.
Its the same if you go and buy a computer game for $60 from one store, then go to the store next door and find out it was selling the same game for $40, you may have been ripped off but you haven't been scammed, nothing illegal has happened.
speaking of ethics, u take a screenshot of him with his character name visible, seemingly, without his permission, posting it in the public forums, questioning his activities
if it feels like a scam to u dont bother with it, i dont recall HIM taking a screenshot of U doing questionable things and posting it on the forums
too bad to see the true content of this thread to be rotten, cuz ethics is a wonderful topic
yes i see nothing wrong with what i did
its just good business, Some ppl go about how my prices stink but even then i still get trades coming in

Gamestop, and any other company that buys products, sells them back to people for more. After all whats the point if you don't make anything off it?
Its actually not a bad idea, and i bet it could be pretty successful. I don't see anything wrong with it, if you don't like what he is doing don't buy/sell to him. Simple as that
I remember a few days ago he whispered to me asking to buy a TF2 crate 30 for 500cr. That thing could sell for at least 3500ce. Tell me he's not trying to scam. People who trade him have no idea what their items are worth.

ripping someone off is NOT scamming.
if he says he will buy an item from you for 1000cr, but only pays you 100cr, THAT is scamming.
when he advertises something, and doesn't deliver, THAT is scamming.
ripping people off, and price gouging people is what he's doing, and even that's subjective
cos he's spending his time in haven advertising, and he can choose how much that is worth
it just happens to be 90% of what's he's charging or 10x times the cr he's paying
