btw how to close thread?
Yes. In a tech support forum, it's almost never a good idea to just delete out your post once your question is asked ..... the board exists at least as much to serve people doing research on problems and solutions based on the past experiences others have had, than it does to help new posters posting new topics. :)
I've literally never posted a question of my own on a tech support forum, for example (have done some answers). I've gotten many solutions from tech forums, though, and that's because I have the resource of reading other peoples' posts that already exist.
Put your question back, along with the solution; there's no need to close the thread or delete it. If there's nothing left to be said, it'll die a natural forum death of being bumped out of place.
What was the problem....how did you solve it?
