idk what is going on with this game, but every time i try to log in it keeps saying "either there is a temporary network shortage or the server is not yet operational". which i kinda rediculous considering my friends are already in game at the time. what is going on?

I have not been able to log in since 6 this afternoon, going on 5 hours. My friends can get on just fine. An error message pops up when logging in saying "either there is a temporary network shortage or the server is not yet operational"
There may not have been an available server in your language (there are plenty of English servers, but the demand for other languages isn't always as high), or all the servers were coming down for an update.
Is the problem still happening for you?
