European prices for CE?

this came to my attention in the haloween update "3,500 CE energy pack, normally $9.95 will be sold for only $7.50"

however i get these prices :s

750 = $2,96
1600 = $5,99
3500 = $9,08
7500 = $24,14
9500 = $30,19
20000 = $60,44

(is OOO ripping us of or something???)
