Just throwing out an idea for a sword , gun and bomb

-Warp Edge(sword)
normal/shadow or normal/elemental damage
moderate attack speed
a chance to apply status effect "Warped" on the enemies you hit
charge attack: Teleports the user in the direction they are facing, small aoe before and after the teleportation. You can't teleport across gaps and must have line of sight. Beware, because you are teleporing yourself there is a 50% chance that you will recieve the "Warped" status effect.

-Blinkshot Gun

normal/shadow or normal/elemental damage
on hit mark the enemy; if another enemy is marked(by you) when you hit an enemy then the two switch places and take damage
charge attack: the enemy you hit is switched with a copy of yourself from another similar dimension. Your copy taunts the surrounding enemies untill the time runs out or your copy dies;- when one of the two happens the enemy that dissapeared before comes back in place of your copy

-Plane shift(bomb)

normal/shadow or normal/elemental damage
all the enemies in the radius of the explosion are sent to another dimension
they come back after a few seconds with the warped status effect

The "Warped" status effect
Someone becomes warped when their molecural structure is highly unstable. This usually happens when you travel between dimensions or teleport a lot. It is not dangerous as it sounds- the reported effects are transparency and inability to interract with anything. However it is not permanent as it dissapears in a few seconds just the time your body needs to adjust yourself in the new enviroment.
tl.dr your model becomes transparent and you can't do or recieve damage(become a sitting duck). Also your shield does not push back anymore.

What's the drawback? you can

What's the drawback? you can teleport enemies so they don't attack you or teleport yourself avoiding danger and have a chance to become invulneable and even summon a random minion to entertain the enemy. There's no actual negative effect, making this overpowered.

For example: constant bombin would be like shivermisting enemies in one place, but also adding damage.
The gun marking teleport could be used to bring enemies outside of their area(specially abusive for respawning ones or turrets). The 'copy' shadow means enemies won't attack you
A sword that teleports you could be used to run past traps and I don't consider the "can't attack but can't be damaged" a bad side effect.

new effect for Warped

since the previous one wasn't enough- here is something better:

traveling between dimesions has made you see unspeakable things and it took a toll on you. Because of this the status is chosen from a random wheel of negative statuses.(ONLY ONE)

1.P) a cap on your maximum health for the duration of effect for example you had 10 bars before now it only counts as 6 but will be again 10 after the status removed.
1.M)Mobs also recieve a cap

2.P)your attacks have a 50% chance to heal the target for 1/2 of your damage. say you deal usually 140 damage to a mob you will heal him for 70
2.M)mobs heal only 1/6 of their damage at a 33% chance

3.P)your attack and defense keys are scrambled-> attack to defend and shield to attack
3.M)mobs will be less agressive and stumbple around a bit

4.P)if more then 2 enemies are targeting you become overly nervous and can't attack but gain the scared speed boost- the one in the candlelight levels
4.M)mobs will panic and run away from you

5.P)you wear the same equipment but one star lower- for example you are sporting a glacius, but now you wear a blizzbrand. if a downgrade isn't available for EVERY piece of equipment then this status can't be applied and it will skip to another one from the wheel(i think this is the hardest one to implement)
5.M)can't be applied for mobs ->unless you make them act as mobs from a lower tier(again skipped if they are already tier 1)

6.P)random debufs: ASI or Charge reduction or damage reduction or defense reduction(based on the current set you're wearing)->these are universal
6.M)same debufs for the mobs but less drammatic

7.P)your character grows a full beard and it stays untill you go down an elevator, go to heaven, or heal it with a status pill. also there is a 0,05% chance when you attack that you will miss(or do 100% less damage). also the effect is removed from the random wheel if you already have a beard(so the same effect can't be reaplied)
7.M)monsters grow beards too

the debuffs on the monsters are very minor but help a bit, but not really so much- all the numbers are only there because they look good; they can be changed

alternative: another way that isn't random would be stackable effects; each stack of warped you degenerate to the next level of status effects, starting with the beard and going to the most powerfull one.
An example with the sword-> first teleport grow a beard, in the next 30 seconds you teleport again warp stack is on 2 you become nervous, teleport again warp stack is on 3 your imput is scramled, are nervous, (still have that beard). You wait then the 30 seconds, you still have one stack of warped(the beard) until you heal it with a status removal pill, go down an elevator or go to haven.

the sword should be balanced because you can teleport but not really a long range (about 1-2 explosions of the brandish series) ALSO you need line of sight so no teleporting across walls or above boxes and things that the devs put there for a reason. the sword is made for situations like if you get cornered by some mobs and you need to get past them.

also if we don't want teleporting then we can make the knight dissapear(transparent for yourself and teammates, invisible for others) and you can walk trough enemies.you still take any damage from stray attacks and traps.

blinkshot or decoy gun
the gun is a mess because it offers too much

we can have either the teleport of the two enemies on charge attack because being an onhit effect is too spammy or we keep the charge attack as that decoy from another dimension, but the decoy can only attract up to 3 mobs , the others will ignore it, if you attack any of those mobs fooled by the decoy they start chasing you again. EXAMPLE: 6 mobs are on your tail you transform one of them two more are still folowing you, kill the two, the decoy died and you have to deal with the remaining 4.

planeshift bomb

the bomb is mostly unchanged but instead of making them dissapear the whole area inside the bomb range is swithed to another dimension. if you enter the area you can't see out of the bomb range also the mobs can't target anything outside(if attacked from the outside they will gain temporary sight and attempt to leave the area. also bosses can't be affected), when the area collapses due to instability(that is a few seconds), everyone still inside it(knights and mobs) will recieve the warped status. Also anyone outside the bomb range can see what is happening inside- so the sight loss does not go both ways. Knights and mobs can freely go out of the area there is no restriction.

note1:you can't put the bomb in the warped area- you have to wait that it collapses.
note2:Maybe the knights inside the area should not recieve the warped status effect because of potential griefing

also an additional idea for the bombs inside area-slight ASI and movement speed debuffs for (knights and) mobs but this is entirely optional.

Now its just massively complicated, both in technical implementation and strategic use. Some of the side effects are utterly crippling as well.

Although..... the concept of a phase shift status, that immobilizes you and renders you invulnerable/invisible does have enough merit in its own right to be worth exploring.
