Um. You have access to a computer, an internet connection, a credit card, and enough spare time to play the game AND post about it on the suggestion forum, but you're willing to accept 33% less energy per dollar in order to buy it in increments of $1 instead of $2.49? Sure you wouldn't rather save up your allowance for a bit?

I suppose it's conceivable there are a few people in a position like that somewhere in the world, but I think far and away the PRIMARY effect of offering the $1 package you suggest will be to make it cheaper for people to create alternate accounts with independent mist so they can craft or buy stuff from Boost and then resell it or transfer it to their main account. (Since a single real-money purchase of any amount gives an account permanent separate mist.) I think $2.49 is already low enough to be an impulse buy for almost anyone.
