I was thinking, and I have come up with a way to host a Lockdown Tournament. Entry fees would be 2,000 crowns. The prize for the winners would be 8,000 crowns and 10,000 for the team captain (explained later). This tournament would be a single-knockout battle.
The way I was thinking is that I could create a guild just for the tournament. After that, i would broadcast the tournament via the forums and ingame.
The way people would enter would be like this:
1. There are 16 teams with 6 players each (97/100 guild members including me)
2. People would contact their friends in game and form their team.
3. They would elect a team captain to whisper me in game or send me mail listing the names of their team members.
4. I would then invite each of the team members to the guild. The captain would be promoted to officer and the rest as the default.
5. After all the team slots are filled up, I would pick which teams fight who for the first round.
6. After the first round, there will 8 teams left, and the process would continue until there is but 1 team left victorious.
7. The way teams would fight is that I would call the team captains to create a guild Lockdown team via officer chat and their members would join the appropriate teams.
8. Then, their opposing team would do the same.
9. Since there are VERY FEW guild matches going on, there is pretty much 100% chance they will be matched up properly.
This is roughly how it would go, but I am open to suggestions and HELPFUL criticism. If you think this would work nicely, let me know and I will start working on forming the guild and getting things ready!

We're recently in a LOL tournament hosted by Lhykos, but I think we can participate in this one since we're technically eliminated.

Best days of week: Friday-Sunday (Other days can work depending on situation)

Timezone: best timezone lies in Europe. Most of our players come on from 2pm-7pm.
The problem's that we're not willing to temporarily leave our guilds because someone's gotta take care of it. Sides, we also want to change our rosters because of emergencies. Here's some suggestions:
1. To make sure the tournament doesn't end too quickly, set up a group stage+knockout tournament, like what they do in the UEFA Champions League or the FIFA World Cup. Get the top guilds to be separated with seeding and the other guilds will be randomly drawn in different groups.
2. Instead of your current system, why not just give contact infos like what the LOL tournament is doing now? The Guild Masters can read this forum and friend each other so that they can set up the matches easily.
3. Remember to make the guilds screenshot the results. That way, we can truly prove a match happened and that the result is truthful.
4. The entrance fee is 2000cr per guild right? You should think of providing awards to the runner-up or have awards for most damage, most defends, or even MVP. Just a thought.
Those are all the ones I can think of at the moment, but I'll come up with more. Hope this tournament goes well!
