Just wondering, am I the only one that thinks elemental brandishes should look more like static edge and not like some sort of deformed popsicle leviathan with the middle missing and a bit of glowy color?
Am I the only one that hates elemental brandish's look?

I like the Brandish look, until they get to 5-star.
I like the look of the Brandishes below 5-star. I agree with you that the 5-star versions are over the top --- too crazy looking. But I enjoy the practical fighting value of the 5-star Brandishes very much.

Static Edge is a plain sword
Static Edge is a plain sword with glowing edges, Brandish is more elaborated... until you hit 5* stars and gets big and ugly.

yeah, the 5* ele brandishes
yeah, the 5* ele brandishes look pretty gross. one of the reasons i chose DA instead.

5 Star uglies
They really ARE good-looking swords, till you get to 5 star. It deforms the double prongs of the 4 star, has a slight aura in the center like the 4 star, it is way too big, and it loses the cool sets of glowing stripes on the sides. :(

I rock the Cautery Sword.
Because it looks bad-ass. lol Yes I know it doesn't go past 3* and it's remotely logical. But in t1 & t2 stuff I like it. Wish they would finish that line. :(

I actually think they are good swords, dont get me wrong. i use and love an acheron. but as far as the ele brandishes go, im not gonna use something i cant stand the look of. nor do i use DA just coz it looks good, i just like the feel of heavy swords.

I have a Glacius.
I have a 5* Glacius sword, it looks and functions pretty well. Only thing more that I ask is a little bit of GF/DA aura, and perhaps a more...robust charge attack?
Seriously, all other swords' attacks are cool and consistent, and brandish series even at 5* is very variable as to the number of explosions it causes. Sometimes, I have a giant space filled with enemies in an arena, and when I use the charge, there's no explosions. >:(
static edge? oh god no. But I do believe the brandishes should have some "aura" coming out of the sword (like DVS, FoV, etc).
I think the current structure of the sword is very well done. They look nothing like a "deformed popsicle leviathan with the middle missing" and it has an original look to it that i find very appealing.
Other than the missing aura, which OOO should really add, I think the brandishes look fine.
