Nobody wants to spend 5k CE on this armor because it's 1) Not a total defense boost. 2) Not a boost against Shadow. 3) Not a boost to pierce. & 4) Not a boost against Elemental.
I recommend you check your price and expect 500CE to be more likely the range of what you're looking at.
