What sense of 5star item if it only decreases elemental defense and do not provide significant bonuses instead.
Please help.

It's outdated.
It used to have General Charge and Damage Medium when it only had Elemental defense. Now it has some Normal defense but only has General Charge Low.
In other words, it's even more useless now than before.
