I logged on to an crafting alt, and he got it. Whoop dee doo.
I don't want it to stay in the mail: I don't know what to do with it, I want to transfer it but I don't know how.
GMs or anything to help me contact them would be useful thx :)

then just take it from the mail,
go and attach it and then remove it (if you want to get rid of it badly)
it is bound to the character, cannot be transferred or sold

It's bound to his crafting alt Kraanx, he'd have to add it to a piece of armor and mail that armor. Of course, like Broxaim said, the support ticket is his best option.

You can put it onto an item and then transfer/sell it. That might be your best option.
