It seems to be rather elusive on the Wiki. Could someone in the knowledge post the names of the specific creatures immune to the pulls of each different Vortex bomb at each star-level? I'm a bit confused on that. Posting it on the Wiki would be nice but here in the forums would be useful too. Thanks all.

Don't take my word for it as

Don't take my word for it as I don't try to use my vortex (electron) on everything, but honestly I think it can trap anything that's not a boss. I've caught trojans, not that that's really useful. Doesn't catch kats the best, but it can.

Not sure about the lower stars, I don't think they can pick up the biggest monsters, but everything else (lumber and below) should be fair game, just you know, you'll have a smaller radius of suction and whatnot.

The vortex does pull in

The vortex does pull in Snarbolax based on this video

To start things off, here's

To start things off, here's some things vortexes won't pull: Gun Puppies, Howlitzers, Polyps.

I know the 3* won't pull lumbers. I'd expect it wouldn't pull Trojans either, but I haven't tried.

I'm guessing that it probably uses the same stat as how shield-bumpable a monster is, because giant lichen colonies will get pulled in, and I'm pretty sure the goo they're filled with is some variant of j-lube based on how easily they slide around when you shield bump them.

My 4* version slowly dragged

My 4* version slowly dragged lumbers. Once I got to 5* it sucked them like normal. I don't remember any other changes between star levels, but I wasn't watching out for them either.

Pretty much everything.

My Electron Vortex pulls in everything except Vanaduke and the Rourmulus Twins.
Yeah, it pulls in Royal Jelly and Snarbolax as well. The lower versions suck at sucking, the 5* is amazing.

Cheers,

Charge - Does not pull in

Charge - Does not pull in Lumbers, Giant Lichen Colony, Trojans, maybe Lichen Colony
Bomb - Does not pull in Trojans
Vortex - Pulls in everything except for Vanaduke and the Twins (which you really shouldn't pull in)

Got these conclusions from my Electron Bomb and a friend's Electron Vortex.

All excluding turrets of

All excluding turrets of course. What about GRIMALKINS? And anyone got a list for the Gravitons? I hear they can all pull every movable (as in, no turrets) type of enemy except for the Kat series. Anyone know?

Graviton and Electron have

Graviton and Electron have the same sucking potential; from my experience. There is no difference between Electron and Graviton besides Elemental with shock and Shadow.

Also, the 5* versions, at least, can pull Grimalkins.

I watched Fallout's

I watched Fallout's demonstration of the Graviton versus the Snarbolax. So now I ask: can they pull in wolvers while they're burrowing (like the Snarbolax)? My guess is "no" because their burrowing type is instantaneous. If they're already caught in a vortex though, can they burrow out of it and escape? If not, that would make these bombs very useful for beast levels.

Nobody's mentioned Spookats

Nobody's mentioned Spookats either. My Electron Bomb may be only 4*, but those and wolvers seem to constantly dash away with no resistance...

The vortex does suck them up

The vortex does suck them up but if they attempt to move they will get out since their movement is different from the regular walking that other monsters do

Wait. So Tier 3 Wolvers are

Wait. So Tier 3 Wolvers are practically immune, and if a monster is real fast like a Spookat, they can escape too?

Essentially. Though Wolvers

Essentially. Though Wolvers are only 'immune' in the sense that they can teleport out. Whether they will or not is not 100%.
