Are Mecha turrets on Deconstruction Zones new (if so when did they add them) or is the wiki outdated? I always tend to avoid those levels so I'm not sure

I've never seen one outside of that one jelly farm level. I know that deconstruction zones did get updated a few patches back, though, with more prize boxes in the final key room and a few other tweaks here and there.

Not new, but not common.
Not new, but not common. Seen them before in decons, but very, very rarely.
I have never seen one in a Decon Zone before, but then again I can count the number of Decon Zones I've been in during the last month on one hand. Might be new, neat either way.
