Can't Log on
So I keep getting this error code. "Either there is a temporary network outage or the server is not yet fully operational. Please wait a moment before reconnecting." So Thats been happening since 8pm EST last night its now like 10am EST. I've done all the fixes they ask you to do on the forums...Iunno it would be nice if someone from techincal support would answer a forum thing...if anyone knows a fix or knows wth is going on please post...cause Im am at a loss.Thanks.

This started last night for me as well.
I tried a bunch of different things, none of which worked.
The last thing I did was reset my router, and then I was able to log in.
However, the problem is back and resetting my router didn't fix it.
So now I'm a bit lost.
Having the same issue.. can't get past login screen.
Would be nice if we could get some feedback from 3rings about this issue. Maybe a little more insight other then "Look at our FAQ page". Hell, I would be happy with a "We are aware of the issue and are working to resolve it."
I got this issue after a run got us disconnected. Friends that are in game tell me that I'm still down there, but I can't log in myself.
Remote disconnection would be nice to be able to do.
I figured that was why; We're still logged in and not being logged out.
Although that'd be odd, since the game seems to have an auto-boot function after however long.
Curious that, I'm told that I'm offline in the friends list, but not in the guild list, where I'm at depth 14 or so with a full party, even though the other guys that crashed with me had the same issue. One of them randomly got back in, however.
So yeah, giving everyone an option to remotely disconnect from their options on the site would be great.
I can't log on either. Kind of a pain. When I tried this morning I had to create a new character before I could use my first one, and now I can't even get to character select. Whatever they changed/updated last must have broken something.
Having the exact same problem. Hope they fix this, I was doing such a good T2 solo run.
Same problem here. I'm kind of annoyed at the lack of response from support. I've sent an e-mail, but no response. This seems to be affecting quite a few people. Really hope they get on it soon.

The developers are looking into the issue of players who are stuck online after disconnecting and unable to log back in. Please be patient!

E: I don't suppose there's a way to force a log out in the meantime?

On my login screen it says Failed to connect to the server
edit: nvm didn't realize server was under maint.

Maybe because there's an update being applied to the server, which you can read about in the announcements forum.

I read it was going to be down for 45 minutes. Just be patient.
euhm telling on the forum that you cant log in is not complaining Hazel :P
and u did not answer a few of us. you just saying the same "On my login screen it says Failed to connect to the server"

Stating that you cannot log on when 90% of the community is aware that there's an update going on, an update that was posted about on these forums, in an easy-to-read format, does not qualify as posting a valid tech support issue. It's complaining.
Also, it doesn't "maybe" have to do with the update. The servers are offline because of the update. That is factual, and has been stated by Nick, in the thread I linked in one of my previous posts.

Its annoying nonetheless when THERES AN ANNOUNCEMENT that describes down time, and why.
In fact you would have had to scroll past the announcements in order to get to this technical difficulty section. As far as I can tell theyve posted for any update they have, even if it doesnt cause downtime.
p.s. Hazels answer was about as helpful as a GM would be able to give you on this.
A bunch of people on the forum, myself included, have this error going to us since last night. I've contacted technical support and gone through their FAQ and nothing has worked so far. My game was working perfectly for a week until last night when it started doing this.
