I'm not accusing you of being a scammer - I'm sure you provide a wonderful service, providing you aren't asking for any CE/CR/mats in advance then it could work I guess, and if you are happy to cover costs or provide collateral for up-front payments then you need to say that as your initial post is unclear.

If not then I certainly wouldn't hand over any CE just based on your word that you would craft me something and if it had an amazing valuable UV that you would just hand it over =/

actually that isn't how it works

first you craft one of each item, non-UV'd in advance, with some low-medium UVs (and even a worthless High or two) as backups, then you start the service, and each time you craft, you hand out either a non-UV'd one or one of the low UVs every now and then, and if you get a High or Very High/Maximum, just swap it out for one of the non-UV'd items already in your inventory --- no need to "go to the AH" at all.

uhm, but on the off chance that you aren't trying to scam people, maybe you should start up a different kind of service. this will look suspicious to any longtime player no matter what. to be fair, anyone who wants these items can go to Basil for the recipe or the AH for the recipe/item anyway. you're kind of just acting as a middle agent to systems already in place inside the game's mechanics.

uhm, a key difference there is that Shoebox was a valued member of the community... I don't think you can even compare his well-written topic to yours. he didn't even need to include a "I'm not scamming, really, honest!" part in his post because people trusted him, sooo

If I ask you to craft me an owilte shield - and you roll max normal + max shadow or some other sick combo you won't hand it over, hell I wouldn't - something like that would be worth in excess of 100CE! That's a lot of $$$ ...So based on that risk alone, noone will use your service - what you are proposing is untennable because noone but you can see the craft results and saying 'I won't scam' with no reputation will just make people more suspicious.

Why don't you just make vanilla Krogmo items to order? - if you do roll a UV when making an item to order, you can offer it to your original customer (at a mark up if a good UV) or if he doesn't want it, sell it yourself and make another vanilla one to fulfill the order.

No scam, no risk, no upfront payments, and no promises you can't prove you've kept.
