And do make them a rare drop from Prize Boxes. I'm not too keen on shelling out CE all the time.

I think it should be in Lockboxes, too, because its 750CE to open it, but I suggest there would be a box of Cookies of one kind inside. So you would effectively get 45 Cookies at a time and can trade them individually. So you can trade them for different Cookies and get different kinds that way.

In the Clockworks, you can open your Arsenal and put Cookies in your empty Pick-Up Slots at any time.

Wrote it down in Notepad like all the rejected ideas I had, but since you beat me to it, you're welcome to modify my original idea:

The Spiral Steakhouse!
All Knights need sustenance. A fiery hot steakhouse owned by Ramsay, a Pit Boss with a fiery hot temper, it dishes out delectable treats to revitalize a Knight... for a small cost.
How it works: Equip one set in one of four pickup slots before venturing into the Clockworks, and you will get 3 of these in that slot once you enter.
All purchasable pickups are bound to your character when equipped, but you can drop them for free in the Clockworks.

This was my idea so that people wouldn't bring too many of them into the Clockworks at once, encouraging them to save up for when they need it most, and to drive the prices up. Heh heh.
Oh, but you can accumulate as many as you want in your inventory. Only you'd have to re-equip them at subtowns/terminals.

Also, my suggestions for cookies. Each type of cookie does not stack with others of the same type, but can stack with other types:

Weapon Boost Cookies
Chocolate Chip: Low Damage increase for 30s.
Double Chocolate: High Damage increase for 20s.
Mint: Low CTR for 30s.
Frosted Coconut: High CTR for 20s.
Pepper (who the heck eats that?!): Low ASI for 30s.
Habanero: High ASI for 20s.

Armor Boost Cookies
Pineapple: Medium Pierce resistance, low Shadow and Elemental vulnerability for 30s.
Stale: Medium Shadow resistance, low Pierce and Elemental vulnerability for 30s.
Strawberry: Medium Elemental resistance, low Shadow and Pierce vulnerability for 30s.

Status Resistance Cookies
Mouldy: High poison resistance for 30s.
Cayenne: High fire resistance for 30s.
Frozen: High freeze resistance for 30s.
Eel: High shock resistance for 30s.
Raw Beef: High stun resistance for 30s.
Burnt: High curse resistance for 30s.

Another idea to +1UP the idea. Combining cookie recipes?
Perhaps another way to get your Cookie of Unlimited Epicness is through a very intricate process of combining cookies after cookies.
For instance, we could combine Mint and Chocolate Chip to get Mint Chocolate Chip, as well as a couple more combinations available.

The catch is, to get that Cookie of Unlimited Epicness, you have to combine two cookies to get a better cookie, and combine that to get a better one etc etc. To make matters worse, the permutations required to get that cookie change EVERY DAY, so it's either a tough-as-heck quest, a very high CE cost, or trial and error combinations which can take up immense quantities of CE.

Let's say we have the permutation below:
Mint + Chocolate Chip = Mint Chocolate Chip
Mint Chocolate Chip + Pepper = Peppermint Chip
Peppermint Chip + Habanero = Infernal Peppermint
Infernal Peppermint + Burnt = Ooh, tough luck. The cookie got destroyed.
Infernal Peppermint + Frozen = Zen Cookie
Oh, by the way. Zen Cookies have random recipes too. But at least you can find out their recipes by doing favors everyday.

Zen Cookie + Zen Cookie = Cookie of Epicness (probably a weaker version of the ultimate cookie)
Cookie of Epicness + ONE RANDOM COOKIE PER DAY = Cookie of Unlimited Epicness

Anyways, comments on the other suggestions:
1. A new sword type Claws. {You guys tell me what type it shold be}I'm thinking pirsing.
So long as you can differentiate it functionally from the other swords available, I'm fine with it.

2. Wolver tails are fine but i want i cat tail not a "Bushy Dog" tail a "Thin Neko" tail. Why? Cats don't wag their tails, they slowly whip them.
So you propose nekos as enemies? I wouldn't mind. *evil grin*

4. Katnip should give you speed increase, as it's like Speed{The drug} to us. Movement and ASI.

5. The most inportant one of all! A place for Neko's to curl up and Sun Bath in town squire bottom left is not enough with lots of shinny things!

6. The ability to transform in to a Wolver, Neko{not spookat}, or Snipe and some other some other forms {No other value than to be cute.}
No other value than to be cute? Sure, why not. Just make sure it doesn't give stat boosts too.

8. Ability's OK I'm thinking like a mod chip that lets me send a wave of energy at my enemy's or some other type of attacks like a super charge.
No. There's a whole thread on modifying weapon stats like changing Levi's charge attacks to inflict fire. I think even you'd know the consequences of that.
