Hi everyone,

I'm not sure how to go about this to be honest. I had some extra mist energy and was like "hey I'll craft a Flourish" and I couldn't believe what I got. I got one with Control Time Reduction Very High.

As with most CTRs on weapons, I'm guessing it's very valuable. Well, at least compared to a Flourish without any UVs of note.

But I've never really had a weapon like this. And I'm hoping I can get some real info here as to the value of it. I know a lot of people here can give me lower numbers because they might want it, but I'll throw some trust your guys' way.

Even if you guys don't know, is anyone interested in this for a price?

(Honestly, I have no idea if we're talking 10k, 100k, or 1milK. I really don't know)
