It's so f***ing amazing!!

I mean it, really! From the gameplay experience (other than the fact that I kept on being hit because I was lagging badly), to the community members who helped me a lot on my first few steps, to the help support team. The dude (or dudette) from the email support team is really kind and helped me out with a few silly questions that I needed answered.

I wish all online games had this kind of great user experience.

Sorry for this seemingly non-post-worthy thread topic but I just had to say it here somehow. :) So far, Spiral Knights is one of the very limited amount of online games that I've joined that has an awesome environment.
