Duh.
The Jelly King is made of jelly, which is a very soft material.
Vanaduke is not made of jelly. He is not very soft.
Therefore, Vanaduke is harder than the Jelly King.

man i just did my FIRST
man i just did my FIRST vanaduke run (yes the full FSC run for the first time) we where all noobs and still managed to get to the 2nd mask stage... but uh... if the royal jelly fully heals... well then you suck! even if vanaduke was a T2 boss it would outclass that giant dessert

I get to vana, its a breeze. Just go kindly walk around him, dodging his hammer of stun+fire+OHKO, and proceed to shoot him to death... Easily putting out the floor fires, and hazzards, through the laggy cieling falling while he still spins to kill me.
I get to Jelly king, and must be carried through the fight, clinging to my partners in fear as he heals himself slowly, and occasionally spins around the room.

Can inflict fire status
Mask Phase, bullet shield
Fire Debuff
Mace Whack
and a Sprint.
What Jelly King has:
Turrets that spawn minislimes
Minislimes
Pink horned slimes
a spin dance
healing
And a regular attack.
Clearly Vanaduke owns JK. But one boss might be harder or easier than another based on how you decide to play it.

My take....
On a scale 1 to 10 on soloing the boss without deaths.
4/10 Royal Jelly
5/10 Classic Royal Jelly
7/10 Vanaduke
My Royal Jelly Vids - Full 2* gear kills of Classic and Current RJs, Flawless kills (taking no hits) of both RJs
My Video of Vanaduke - No death solo, None (or extremely little) Elemental or Shadow Defense, No exploits, No pills, No remedies or vials, Wrong Shield.
I'd say Vanaduke is stronger because its a much longer fight.

(sighs) Lemme explain this properly,
JK
Jelly king can heal and it is tiedious, but you can overcome this by:
Attacking at every time you have a chance
using poison to stop the healing effect for the time being
Fire to continusly cause dmg
curse to make it hurt its slef everytime he attacks
Shock to cause hurtful spazms.
The royal poylps and minis can be dispached temporary
But take the fact he is T2, causes no status effects AND was nerfed last month.
Vana
Vana causes stun/fire and normal damage. He has slag guards and walkers that cause shadow and fire. has orbs that causes fire and roof falls and causes fire. has 6 phases compared to the 3/4 phases JK has. Here are ways to overcome this.
Use shiermist to make the body phases easier
Peirce weps is his weakness
Water orbs remove the fire orbs and the Fire from the Mask stages
wear fire defence armour.
Also consider this is ENDGAME CONTENT!
