I have a stupid question that I basically can already guess the answer to. Do stun vials work on Snarby?

DOUBLE THE STUN, DOUBLE THE FUN.
Yeah, it works, if you stun him with the bell first. It just makes him pop thorns across the ground at a slower speed.

Nope.
I tried it a long time ago. It doesn't make him vulnerable. The vial shatters like hit a wall.
Not if he isn't already stunned from the bell, but I guess he already is stunned then so....... no I don't think so.
