09-06-2023 I can confirm you need to fill all 4 weapons slots, 2 trinkets and the 3 costume slots too (Remember the costume slots can be filled with any other equipment)
To unlock the achievement you'll have to equip 2 trinkets, not just the weapons.
Yeah, those are equipment slots.
