I'd like to add "Let an enemy that runs away from you live".
Falcon Punch:
punch a fire affiliated enemy
just wanted to laugh :P
Use your fang of vog charge 20 times in a row without setting yourself on fire. / gf curse
Get Prismatic Wings from a lockbox ;o
Do a 1000 ce revive explosion.
Sell all your stuff to a vendor.

I'd like to add, "Dieing and having your party members leave you there until they get to the elevator."
Maybe survive a whole boss run with no weapons including the boss+no revs
How about get all achievements, the impossible achievement. No one will get it muhahahahha
How about: "Use the maximum number of every type of upgrade all at the same time." (Trinket Slot Upgrade, Weapon Slot Upgrade, etc.)

@Australiumfish: The only problem I see there is that those who already achieved such Achievements will have no chance of receiving this one. Though I will add it with a slight modification to fix that. :)
@Atrumvindex: I don't want to know how many times I've achieved that one...
Also, I re-did the OP to make it less cluttered and more contribution-based. :)
How about dieing in a terminal by cursing yourself with a grand faust or setting yourself on fire with a fang of vog charge attack
Or being kicked when you did not mean any harm (basically I was new and ppl were saying rev plz ztype and I did not know what they meant by rev! So they had to revive by energy!)LOL!
No one want you - Get kicked from 100 teams
Pariah - Get kicked from 1000 teams
Be the only knight in a Haven/Rescue Camp area (Haven Town Square, Haven Arcade, etc.).
Utility Belt - Use at least one of every type of Belt item in a single level.
Grenadier - Use 12 Belt items in a single level.
Grand Wardrobe - Amass an Arsenal that includes a Normal, Piercing, Elemental, and Shadow helmet, armor, and shield; and a Normal, Piercing,
Elemental, and Shadow sword, gun, and bomb.
Straggler - Survive every Strong status effect.
Deathproof - Have a resistance to every status effect.
Fallen - Recieve 3 instances of the curse status without dying.

Shocker: Get shocked and killed by a friendly Mecha Knight
Epic Shocker (or something like that): Get shocked and killed by a friendly Mecha Knight 100 times
Friendly Fire: Get killed by a teammate's fire pot.
Not-so-friendly Fire: Get killed by a teammate's fire pot 100 times.
Janitor - Destroy every object in a level that has a chance of dropping a Consumable or Pickup.
Gardener - Destroy every Plant (leaf pile) in a single level three times.
Hedge Trimmer - Destroy 50 Bushes.
Garbage-Knight - Destroy 50 Blocks/Empty Rockets.
Trail of Destruction - Destroy every single breakable object in a single level.
Master of Destruction - Destroy more objects than 3 other knights in a single level.
Exploding Rainbow - Destroy five rows of Crystal Blocks all at the same time.
Party Time - Break seven Treasure Blocks in a single attack or combo.
Let there be darkness - Destroy all Torches in a level.
Um... Did I do that? - Cause a chain reaction of over five Explosive Blocks.
I meant to do that. - Cause a chain reaction of Explosive Blocks that blows up 3 victims.
I'm sorry but your services are no longer necessary - Destroy a Love Puppy, a Mecha Knight Kit, and a Mecha Turret.
Hi. Bye. - Destroy ten objects/monsters as soon as they regenerate/spawn.
Whoops. Hi. - Break open ten Monster Cages.
Just for fun - Destroy a Mineral field but do not take any Minerals.
Kaboom! - Blow yourself up in a chain reaction of Explosive Blocks that you started.

A Shocking Outcome: Killed a party member by shock

Invinci-bomber: Play the blast network and win without dying
Mad Bomber: Have max power-ups in the blast network
Monsters and Bosses --
Nice shot: Hit 3 or more enemies with a status vial
I Need Glasses: Miss an enemy with a status vial almost point blank
I Need Better Aim: Miss an enemy/enemies with a status vial from across the room
I was gunna use that!: Get hit by an enemy while carrying a status vial
Mini Murderer: Get killed by a mini
It Was My Evil Twin: Get killed by a phantom
(Solo) It Was In My Hands...: In the arena, complete the third room, but manage to die by spikes as you collect your reward.
(Team) It Was In My Hands...: In the arena, complete the third room, but manage to die by spikes as you collect your reward.
The only thing I've accomplished here is 4. a.

Ever since Steam, I lost connection to this thread. I'll have to re-make it so I can update it regularly. (Or, judging by how many posts are here, and the mass of custom achievements, I may need to just keep the OP simple ad let those interested scroll through themselves. xD )

I tried the "run around the fountain a hundred times without stopping" achievement. I didn't get past five. *sigh* So hard.
