hey me and my friend are always arguing about my set he thinks its bad i think its good so i want to know your opinion.
i have a dragon scale helm that i think is rare and good cause its have elemental and piercing and he thinks that people don tlike it.
i have a radiant silvermail i think its good cause its has shadow and elemental and he sais its week.

Neither piece is "bad" or
Neither piece is "bad" or "weak", it just depends on your play style. The perception comes from the lack of normal dmg protection, and many people's preference for the sword dmg and ASI bonuses from the 5* wolver line. Not sure I would wear them together, as even in tier 3 you have some amount of normal dmg, but mixing them with other pieces can make for a good all around set. I have radiant silvermail that I wear with a vog cap and BTS--bonus against undead (not that great, but whatever), ASI bonus, dmg bonus.
