Well, Snarbolax Coat is extremely expensive, unless you are already running a lot of Shadow Lair expeditions. So if you're looking for a first 5-star armor set, then it's not for you. Other than that, the three Wolver lines go:
So Snarbolax is more comparable to Skolver than to Vog Cub. My general advice actually is to get a mix of Vog Cub and Skolver, to cover both elemental and piercing damage. Then get the rest of the Vog Cub and Skolver sets, to make specialized sets. Then get Snarbolax.
For me to give you any better advice than this, you'd have to actually give some information, including: What equipment you currently have, and what kind of levels you want to run (e.g. RJP, FSC, PvP, etc.).
