I found this in a Clockwork Tunnel. I've done a lot of those floors previously, and probably a good 50 of them for the Halloween event and never ran across this once. Has anybody else encountered this hallway before, or did OOO stealth add new possibilities to randomly generated levels again?

It's not the heart boxes themselves, but their particular layout. I've never seen that before.

All the way on the left, that was a Phantom charge attack about to launch. Did the orbs instead of the swords several times. They also moved a little faster then the old animation.

I'm pretty sure they add new
I'm pretty sure they add new tiles for clockworks tunnels and deconstruction zone levels every now and then, but it's always hard to tell if it's actually new or just one you haven't seen before.

I don't think they are very new. I've seen those once or twice over the last month, both as vertical pieces. I'm thinking more just really uncommon.

The way you can find some

@Juances: Had not seen the update on the wiki and have had the WORST luck on hitting Graveyards lately... probably done 10 ? floors and keep getting "Treasure Vault: Fortune Mocks the Greedy" and whatever the other random floors are. Neat change none the less. Am glad somebody else found and updated the wiki.

I've never seen it, but I haven't spent much time in T3 yet. I think that OOO keeps adding possibilities to the floors though, because I occasionally see new content added to T1 and T2. These changes aren't always announced in the patch notes.
