Well most likely Eurydice, or Equinox will get to this thread, possibly both or possibly neither. (i name them because they are popular community support, therefore there always raiding the forums)
First of all, thanks for all of your help, IG support and community! very helpful!
Do you personally (asking any GM who reads this) play Spiral Knights when your off duty and not on the clock? if so, do you use your GM character so you can pull whatever you want whenever you want? or do you have a balanced character? If you do actually play on your free time, is it a secret and you play with normal players that don't even know your a Game Master?!
Pretty random statement. But, I'm curious!

I tried using a 360
I tried using a 360 controller, but the lack of a cursor made it difficult for me to aim guns. x_x

Yup.
You can also use PS3-controllers. I recall finding a way to make the cursor visible, but I forget how exactly...
