><
But in all seriousness, great story. Really.
Not to be nosy or anything but what did u get?
And Fofo, you'll be in the next chapter for sure!
Didn't know that little chapter you wrote was a counter-fic. Not that I don't appreciate counter-fics, I just don't appreciate when people invade my story, although it's perfectly fine. And if you didn't want me to incorporate your chapter into the story you should have said something.
...can you please tell me how you found that out?
Also, do whatever you please.
(My story by Tails)
360 cycles old:
(Tails)The guild took me away today. My parents are dead and my life is turned upside down now i have to go through gruesome training with some gremlin who calls himself Bob.Why did i have to be with him why not some of the veterans with the cool vog armor well training is today so i have to be early for what the veterans called dummy on a stick.
1200 cycles old:
(Sir-Tails) Randomly i was exploring the deeper levels of the clockworks. Then out of my surprise a giant spider came out of the bush.As I readied my sword
the spider knocked my horned owlite shield out of my hand as i scurry for my shield i had to use my last resort i threw my sword at it and that did the trick the spider was stuck in the ground i shieldbashed it and took back my sword and thrusted it into the spiders head. The encounter could have ended my life but i just found it as just another bump in the road as i learn more and more i become stronger the sword felt like nothing to me just like a bodypart.
1600 cycles old:
(Sir-Tails)NO!!!!!! They killed him they killed Bob.This is the last time the guildmaster had done something dumb ILL KILL HIM!!!!!
2400 cycles old:
As I headed into the city of haven I saw a flying gremlin overhead he flew into the clockworks to a deep depth being 2400 years old i still never saw anything like that then i realized a huge amount of ashes next to a knight I picked up the knight and carried him to Basil (None of this is true unless you want it to be)(the last part may be important)
And I found it on Google one boring day.
Fofo, that's a little confusing, but I'll do as best as I can to get those things into the story.
Delays for some days... stupid research papers... ;-;
I think getting my character idea was enough i just wrote that for fun ty.Sorry about my unclearness (not a word?)Ill edit it
I figured so much, but what have you been searching?
I searched Amazeltoa, to see if anyone else was using the name before me.
Anybody else excited for the next chapter i am pretty sure we are all
I don't know. My excitement kind of died out with all these single-sentence, non-chapter posts.
Well he does have homework or work and he probably has a life im just thankful that he is going to write more chapters i cant wait!!
I have homework, more of it. Probably a chapter on Monday, I got Writer's Block.
I'm on holiday. High school perk of the academic stream I'm in. Do the exams earlier, get to be on holiday for the rest of the year.
BOOHYAH!
Writer's block eh? :/
A problem simple to solve, but sometime hard to do.
First of all, what inspired you to write the story? Find that, and go through it again.
Example: I was inspired by al the cartoons and games I play/watch. Watching/playing it all again (or new ones) rebuilds my idea stream, so I have new ideas to structure in my head. That done, all that's left is to put it down.
TL;DR: Find what inspired you, and let it inspire you once more! :D
Just trying to keep this post on the first page so littlerbit can easily find it
Again?I bet littlerbit is writing the story right now
I'm finished with that damned paper, and almost the next chapter too. Expect it tomorrow afternoon.
After a long wait, here it is!
-Amazeltoa-
I got up, and mother said, “Welcome home again.” I blushed a little. “Hi, Mom.”
“Crimson Order at only 1200 cycles? Wow.” “I know, I guess its because of the magic.”
A voice behind me said, “Amazeltoa?”
I looked behind me and saw a messenger gremlin. “Yeah, that’s me”, I responded.
“Arus has asked you to report to the Crimson Headquarters immediately.”
I sighed. I wanted to spend more time with mother, but an order was an order.
“Alright. Tell him I’ll be there.”
-???-
Darkness. I don’t know what happened. It was so sudden, I couldn’t stop him. I had to let the others know, but I couldn’t, because of the darkness.
-Blue-
Everyone was talking about it. The Gremlin that Basil brought back to health had burned several knights and injured a couple more. I liked the Gremlin still. I wanted to be with him, so I set out after him. For some odd reason, the shy rock jelly I chase named Robert came along with me. I padded along to the Arcade, where all the elevators were located. I jumped up to reach the button to the Aurora Isles, which is were I thought the Gremlin went. Just as the elevator was going down, I saw Bloo running towards it. A few seconds later he crashed on us.
-Amazeltoa-
Arus greeted me at the front door of the Crimson Order.
“Hey, I want to show you something I show all new members”, he said.
“All right, show me.” He beckoned for me to follow him. We went through the door far down the lobby on the left, down a steel corridor. At the end of it, there was another door, this time made of black iron. We continued through it and got to some stairs. And that moment just might have saved the entire Gremlin race. I tripped, and “Arus” and me crashed down the stairs. When I got up again, groaning, I saw that “Arus” had the head of a knight. A puff of smoke appeared and it was a knight that remained.
-Sir-Tails-
My disguise was blown. I reached for my Argent Peacemaker, but I forgot I didn’t bring it. I did the best thing I was taught to do in these situations. Run.
-Dusk-
What luck. I was assigned to take part in a mission to infiltrate the Gremlin city of Amirang and steal the Tearium core. And I hadn’t recieved word from my person, Sir-Tails. I hadn’t heard from him in 2 hours. Just as I thought that, my PDA rang, and a frantic Sir-Tails on the other end.
“My disguise was foiled, and they’ve just sounded the alarm. I’m gonna try to get the Tearium core, so I and every other knight can get out of here.”
“I told you should work on that disguise function of yours”, I smirked.
“Now is not the time to joke around! I need help!”, he screamed.
“Gotcha. I’ll send a few knights your way. Over and out.”
-Blue-
The elevator screeched to a halt and we all tumbled off of it. I started sniffing for Gremlin scent, and I picked up a trail. Bloo and Robert followed me while I resolutely tracked him. I got to a central part of the island, and the trail stopped. As I pondered where he might be, I heard a click and found out what it was a second later.
That was a good chapter :) (i feel like solid snake)I sent you a message
>:D I can't wait for the next chapter!
BUMP I bet in Chapter 7? That Sir-Tails will get to the core and steal it but he is a warrior so why didnt he in Chapter 6 knock out Amazeltoa?Nevermind that but thanks again for letting my character in the story
He didn't knock out Amazeltoa because he didn't bring any weapons to knock him out with :3
Not enough time to use his fists.Or so I guess it was still an awesome chapter
Who is going to get the biggest dump trophy?ME!!!!
Sorry for the delay! ^^'
-Amazeltoa-
I had to stop the knight from getting into the door down the hall that said “Tearium Core”, because if he stole it... well, I don’t want to talk about what would happen next. I concentrated my energy into the core room, and in a moment I was there waiting to catch the knight. When the doors burst open, I tackled him to the ground and used that moment to knock him out with the wrench I carried. A few moments later Crimson Order thwackers came to the scene only to find out I had done the job already.
“Come on. Let’s take him to the holding cell”, I told them.
-Blue-
Great. I was trapped in a monster cage. I used the slits in the side of the cage to peer outside and see if Robert and Bloo got captured. Both of them did, but to my surprise, Bloo was using the Flourish he carried to cut his way out of the cage. I got an idea from that so I started using my claws and scratching the sides of the cage and headbutting it. After a while, part of the cage broke through, I shook myself off of the paint dust that came off of it. We started walking through the Isles again, because I wanted to go to the Clockwork Tunnels to see if the Gremlin was there. Every so often, we found monster cages again, and Bloo cut them up and the monsters inside followed us. When we found the elevator, I saw a knight with some strange machinery and pressing buttons on it and chuckling. He was the one behind all the trappings. I howled and lunged at him, furious enough to kill.
-Dusk-
“What’s taking that slacker so long?”, I thought to myself. It was 20 minutes since Sir-Tails had called about running through Gremlin territory with no weapons trying to steal the tearium core. I took out my PDA and called him, and there was no answer. Despite my general happy mood, I was worried that something happened to Sir-Tails, something bad.
-Amazeltoa-
Now that the knight was locked up, I took to the task of finding the real Arus, probably knocked out somewhere. I had developed a skill that allowed me to find something easily. I concentrated on Arus’ name, and a little fireball popped up and started speeding towards a door on the far right side of the lobby. I had to run to keep up with it. It went down another door, and into a door that said, “Utility Cabinet”. I opened the door and I saw the real Arus laying on the floor, apparently in some sort of deep sleep. Luckily, I always carry a pouch of katnip on my belt. I reached inside for a pinch and ground the dried leaves up into a fine powder. I sprinkled the powder I made over Arus’ face, and eventually he came to.
“Ugh, what happened?”, he grumbled and then looked at me.
“You’re that new recruit.”
I responded, “Yes sir, I am.”
“Well then, shouldn’t you be out doing a mission?”
“But sir-”
“DON’T BUT SIR ME! This is the Crimson Order, a place for NOT making excuses!”, he blared back.
“I was trying to say that I don’t have a mission”, I said with my teeth gritted, angry at Arus’ demeanor.
“Oh, ok, well now you have one, go to the Scarlet Fortress, and collect 5 pounds of Crimsonite.”
I didn’t dare question him, so I nodded, and went to the Amirang Elevator Control.
His boss is a...I refrain from saying.
KEWL STORY BRO/SIS!
I am frustrated with Skyward Sword, because I can't kill the plant monsters easily, so I keep dying argh, but I like it.
-Marika-
The only thing that made me sadder than the dream with Ama throwing my book into the Clockworks was when I woke up, Ama wasn’t there, and the Haven street outside was all burned up. I saw a Skolver and a Rock Jelly dash past the open door, and a Bloogato following shortly behind. I thought about following them so I could find my friend, but when I got to the arcade, it was too late. I just saw the elevator with the Skolver, Rock Jelly and Bloogato descend. I was heartbroken, and just decided to return to my Treasure Vault and wait for him there. I hopped up on to the control panel and poked the button with a clover on it. As the elevator descended, my spirits rose in hope that Ama might return.
-Amazeltoa-
I stood in the burning, slimy heat of the Scarlet Fortress. I had been sent by the real Arus, who’s attitude I DID NOT like, to fetch about a backpack full of Crimsonite. I had no trouble finding it, as the Scarlet Fortress held several abandoned rooms full of all sorts of jewels, including Crimsonite. The only problem was that these rooms formed a sort of labyrinth. As I tossed the red mineral into my bag, I kept wondering how I would make it out of the place.
“There. Last one”, I said to myself as I put the last chunk of Crimsonite into my bag. I swung it over my shoulders and started finding my way out. I had thought of a system to get myself out, and that was to go all the way to one end and follow the perimeter of the maze. After an hour, I realized that I was hopelessly lost. I closed my eyes and tried to detect the aura of the exit, and to my surprise, I detected the aura of a knight. It was in a center room, so I made my way over there. I couldn’t find him, when a voice behind me said, “Well, well, well. A Gremlin carrying a pack of Crimsonite in the Scarlet Fortress.”
I turned around to find a knight with a sword dripping with poison readied and jumped out of the way quickly just before he could land a hit. I conjured up another fireball, and tossed it at the knight like a live bomb. The knight jumped away as the bomb exploded, and charged at me. Just as I dashed to the side, he strafed the opposite direction and cut me with his blade. I yelped at the sudden hit, and looked down at the cut he had made on my arm. It was dripping with vitriol, a poisonous substance. Enraged, I flew into the air, and transformed my fire into a dark, fiery sword. I flew down at him and he barely had time to react before I smashed my sword into the ground creating a giant crater. I landed, and after the smoke cleared, I saw the knight on the floor, in the center of the crater. As my sword dissipated and my rage faded, I thought to myself, “What have I done?”
-Firehate-
The last thing I remember before waking up in a filthy hospital was that I had an intense lust for killing. Killing who, I do not know.
“You’re awake!”, a painfully cheerful voice said.
“Yes, I am, you have a great eye”, I responded sarcastically.
I got out of the bed I was laying on, and walked out the door not saying anything else. I had remembered the person I wanted to kill, or Gremlin, rather. I was going to find him.
-Dusk-
Nuts and bolts were everywhere when I got to the end of the Aurora Isles, including a mechanical carcass of a knight. “How could this have happened?”, I thought to myself.
That’s when I noticed a trail of trampled grass and inspected the muddy ground more closely. I saw Wolver footprints. I kept walking while thinking about it, and when I got to the elevator, it already had occupants. A white-furred Skolver, a Rock Jelly and a Bloogato. The Skolver growled at me, so I walked away and waited for the elevator to leave before waiting for the next one.
I need at least THREE signups before I continue this story, 1 gremlin and two knights preferred. On an offtopic note, I found out today that my damned iPod apparently can't play music and browse the internet at the same time. It also crashes every 15 minutes.
Name: Fish
Race: Knight (Red eyed)
Armor/Clothing: Mighty cobalt armour/helm
Weapon(s): Leviathan blade, Argent Peacemaker, Ash of Agni. (Shield: Aegis)
Personality: Friendly
Bio: A knight who was considered for Alpha team, but was denied due to his refusal to kill any peaceful sentient creature. He instead spends his time helping weaker knights explore the clockworks, and helping the Strangers. If he witnesses any peaceful creature being killed, for any reason, he is likely to instantly hate the killer. (Reason: His love sacrificed herself for him on the Skylark. The last words she said was: 'Promise me you will never let an innocent die') This is what caused him denial from Alpha team, after he got into a fight with another knight mid-training, who shot down a healer. He loves all nature, and any creature can see the peaceful soul behind his seemingly-aggressive red eyes.
(If you need a good guy, you got me! :D)
Name:Theo
Race:Gremlin/Phantom.
Armor/Clothing:Phantom attire. Gremlin body and face. Purple-blackish aura around him.
Weapon(s):The arts of shapeshifting, this also involves his weapon. Usually holds a scythe.
Personality: Generally slightly depressive yet polite and friendly, strong, silent type. Chooses morality and "The right thing to do" over everything else.
Bio:An poor soul who never really got the chance to live, Theo was abandoned at birth by his parents and seemingly had the scorn of everyone. He never got to know why. Shame, he was an really nice boy. All ended with Theo taking his own life and respawning(couldn't find a better word damnit.) as an Phantom. Now haunting the graveyards and wandering across the clockworks, Theo tries to do what he wanted to do during his living period; Helping others. Hindering others from facing the same fate as him and always helping the good prevailing over the bad/evil. He can read minds and memories of those who are asleep/unconscious and never kills unless he victim is moar bad guy than good guy.
_______________________________________________________________________________________________________
Introduction into story(Just an idea): Ama gets sent to graveyard on a mission for collecting *stuff*, Ama sees Theo from behind and chooses safety first and attacks as phantoms are usually violent and incapacicating them as soon as possible is the best thing to do. Theo turns around and KO's Ama. Reads his memories and sees their similarities.(ATLEAST I think Ama has some with Theo.) Friends. Yay.
Also, signups are appreciated at ANY point in the story (until I say so).
