I was a gunner that went swords. I love these new-fangled sharp sticks but the one gun I absolutely cannot go anywhere without (PvE or PvP) is my Polaris. Does AoE damage, good crowd control with some practice, it shocks, it's great for gun puppies and those skeleton turret thingies, and you can troll your buddies with it. What's not to like?

SUN SHARDS. it's both a bomb and a make-up gun. Plus it interrupts turrets attacks. It charges fast without needing too much CTR bonuses.
It also creates rainbows of damage on PvP.

There are great bombs & great
There are great bombs & great guns, but hands down my favorite combo is Shivermist Buster + Leviathan. The Levi scores crazy damage when you land all three charge hits on a stationary target & the Shivermist sets up mobs perfectly for this. This works great for Trojans too (just set it & turn them).
Since you have a Combuster and Acheron and the CTR trinkets to make the following exceptionally easy to perform. I recommend to you Graviton or Electron Vortex. Electron Vortex is preferable to Graviton though you might not want to take the time to get the coins. In any case, it the most offensively based crowd control bomb there is and the Brandish-line swords are, in my opinion, the best swords to combo with it.
