Just giving you the information you did not find.
Your reply means you did not do any sort of search on the support page or the wiki prior to making your plea. Rather than replying to this thread any more, I'd suggest telling your friend to use a different browser or computer and file an appeal with support, as the linked page defines.

How do I Appeal my Ban?
The only way to appeal a ban is for the owner of the banned account to submit a ticket via Email Support. If the Email Support page does not work for the owner of the banned account, try emailing support@spiralknights.com. Below are some tips for making the best appeal possible:

#2, if that user wishes to lift his/her ban, then they should email support.
