Yes, the search box doesn't really work.
For it to be useful, we need an advanced search page where we can refine the search parameter, like search in a specific subforum (and/or language), NOT clause, maybe before/after a date, posts by a specific author... pretty much what almost any other forum engine provides.

By the way, if you think answering "dude, use search, it was suggested a trillion times!", current search is useless and a total waste of time. Hence, the suggestion. Get over it.

The search works fine for me.

The search works fine for me. What part are you having trouble with? I know its definitely not the greatest just by how it works but its still usable.

I agree, there should be at

I agree, there should be at least option to search only in topic names or search whole posts.

If you search for something particular default searching in whole posts gives you tons of completly useless treads where in each one someone just mentioned what you are looking for just once.

Keeping option to search whole posts is not completly useless, sometimes people dont name topics right so its helpful then.

Thats why current option to search whole posts should be keept and there should be added option to search topics only.

In the mean time, go to

In the mean time, go to google and type in your search query followed by "site:forums.spiralknights.com"

For example: http://www.google.com/search?q=improve+guild+hall+site:forums.spiralknig...

@Prisega: Here's just an example: Let's just say you are looking into making a Fallen Set for FSC and want to see if there are any relevant topics.
You go merilly to the search box and type "vog fallen fsc". You'll probably get this. 2 or 3 relevant results in the first page, among the omnipotent recipe trading thread, a guild recruiting thread and some other irrelevant ones. How is this even usable?

I just found this topic using the search lol Anyway I understand what you're talking about, I did agree that the search was flawed but I wasn't sure to what extent it made a big impact.

I once created a topic like

I once created a topic like this. Which I wanted to bump now, because I couldn't find an old thread that I wanted to bump. But I couldn't find that "forum search thread" either. So I'm bumping this one instead. Also, I have done this before - exactly like this. In another "forum search thread"... which I couldn't find this time. I did it there, because I couldn't find my original "forum search thread" back then, either. And I back then I did it, because I couldn't find another thread that I already posted in and that I wanted to check for replies. The topic of that other thread was something like: "This forum s*cks, I can't find my own threads".
