Nobody mentioned that ticket
Nobody mentioned that ticket can't be traded. The only way for someone to attach that bomb to an item of their choice is for them to unbind the item first (if its bound), give it to you, you attach that accessory, and then give it back to them. Which would be really expensive for, basically, any bound item.

anyone who has enough money to unbind whatever already got a bandolier, so youd be selling this to new players (who dont have much money) or peeps who want multiples (whom i havent found yet)
