According to wiki both items should give at heat lvl1 +4 hp bonus and +5 hp bonus at heat lvl5 and above but when i hoover over them in game (in may loadout) they show only Health bonus +3

I have all 5* item i have acces to tier 3 at current gate so i should have maximum hp bonus.

Silent OOO nerf to make players die more often and spend more CE?

You'll only see the maximum health boost when you're *in* Tier 3

geeh, i thought those reductions are if you wear that equipment and you dont have yet access to that teir ><
