More profit without dying

Ok so I read that you would make more crowns if u dont die in a party run as opposed to dying x amount of times. Is that true? I saw my crowns go up but I don't know why. I just did a JK run today and just want to know. Thanks

There's no impact on your funds unless you're forced to self revive (which costs energy). Even when KOed you still get the coins and heat collected by others and mats can still potentially go to you.
But obviously if you're dying a lot your party members won't appreciate it.

uh? I think he ment more profit because you don't waste CE.
The other theory I heard is that you get more tokens, not crowns.
If your crowns went up it could be because someone on the team grabbed somewhile you were distracted

Even dead, you still get all the crowns/heat from the party, along with any tokens picked up and the randomly distributed mats.
What people mean is that if you don't have to spend energy on self-revives, then you have more energy to delve and collect more money.
Therefore, no dying and self revives = more energy to play = more profit.

He/she wondered if you get a reward for not dying during a party round on a stage.
No, you don't. Your cr went up because a Party member picked them up somewhere else. cr is shared evenly throughout the whole party. I pick up 1cr, you get 1cr. Or something. What Juances said.
EDIT: This has nothing to do with CE/energy. He/she wanted to know if you get more cr if you don't die. A 'you didn't die have some cr u pro' reward kind of thing.
And, no, it's not.

As far as I know, there is no decrease in enemy spoils because you died a lot during a level. However, if you die a lot then you (or others) are probably spending energy to revive. The energy spent on revives will cut into your profit margin.

Energy spent on revs will cut into profit margin? I'm guessing that means if party member A spends energy to rev then party member A might not have energy left to go down? But then what if people pay for a tab or somthing?

I've actually heard of people dragging T1 alts through dungeons to use as a heat sponge and to collect extra crowns. I'm not sure if that's technically an exploit since they're spending double on the elevators and the monster HP gets scaled up.
I'd almost be tempted to try it just for the challenge. I mean, just today I dragged the corpse of a friend through the RT boss fight 'cause I got tired of him eating rockets after the second time I revived him. Full 5* gear too. Sigh.

"But then what if people pay for a tab or somthing?"
Then the guy who tabs you will be actually losing. Plus people like that are hard to find.

That would work, since for every coin and heat pip you pick up, everyone gets the correspondig amount. So if you're dragging your alt with you, all of it eventually returns to you. Neat.

If you revive with mist/CE... you obviously lose mist/CE :-P
If teammates revive you, you lose 30% of your Heat (which goes to the reviver)
If you're dead when the party reaches the elevator, you get no Heat at all
But Crowns are not affected in any way.
To answer your question: you get crowns even you are dead, on the ground so no, its not true that you make more crowns.
