when i get to basil he never has anything and he has the option for recipeys but it says he is out this frusterales me

You need to have gone down
You need to have gone down the elevator to the floor before terminal. So join at or before floors 2, 11, 21.

first the available recipes
first the available recipes are totally random
and U must enter the party at least 2 depths prior to the terminal
well first, its spelled recipe...
and 2nd, I'm pretty sure that you have to join a party before the terminal or start from the beginning of a tier. At least thats what I've noticed.
