Elevator pass - Payment not processed, Elevator pass option gone ?

Just recently after updating Spiral Knights, I logged on and noticed the 30-day elevator pass. I decided I wanted to purchase it, so I went through all the steps required, (adding funds to steam wallet, etc.) and was sent back to the depot screen. I pushed the checkout button, but received the error message:

"Your payment could not be processed due to a stray snipe in the gears. Fear not! Your card has not been charged, and maintenance gremlins have been dispatched to repair the problem. Please try again later."

Now, the large marquee advertising the pass is gone and what was once "Elevator Pass" in the list of available offers is now "0" CE for $5.59

I'm concerned about this, as I still have this error, the offer isn't changing, and the marquee hasn't returned. I'd really like to buy this offer. Could I get some info on the issue?

Open a Ticket is with OOO

Open a Ticket is with OOO support for billing issues. Sometimes theres issues with processing Steam purchases and the special packages, but support should be able to clear it up.
