Where are you going CE prices? Current and Before craft prices

Hi there, this is my first post ever, first of all, sorry for my bad english
In the beta, as I asked a few experienced users, CE was sold for 500
Now it's going reach the 8000.
I decided make a table where you can find how many crowns do you require
-now
-in beta
for any star item
If we talk about CE
So, if you would craft it in beta:
1*=
-50 crowns for energy
-150 for the recipe
-100 for alchemize fee
2*=
-250 crowns for energy
-1000 for the recipe
-400 for the alchemize fee
3*=
-1000 crowns for energy
-4000 for recipe
-1000 for the alchemize fee
-500 for materials (with current prices)
4*=
-2000 for energy
-10000 for recipe
-2500 alchemize fee
-1000 (?) for materials
5* star
-4000 for energy
-25000 recipe
-5000 alchmize fee
-2500-7500 materials (?)
Now, with the current settings
1* star
-800 for energy
others are same
2* star
-4000 for energy
Others are same
3* star
-16000 for energy
others are same
4*
-32000 for energy
-others are same
5*
-64000 for energy (!)
-other are same
You can look the results.
You can say, its not my problem
But we make the begineers' game much harder.
And the Spiral Knights can die if people not play this
because its prices.
Hope it goes down, but I felt I have to write this.
Have good day.
Prices are skyrocketing. In two days they have risen about 700 crowns. Now it was 7244/100 CE. It's ridiculous. It can barely be funded by doing JK.
I'm a F2P player. and this is hard to bear. If CE prices continue to rise, I don't really know what I can do than leaving the game because beng unable to play.
seems to me that people forgot that rel new players wouldn't afford 6k either, or 5k, or 4k for the matter
when I started out couple of months ago the CE was around 5,9k cr for 100, and it was 3 day of mist runnning t1 for me to buy 100 energy to craft a 2* item for myself (granted, i was a noob and was avoiding snarlobax lair because I didn't think I could manage doing it, but still).
Yet I never whined that i couldn't produce enough crowns to buy 100 crystal energy with 100 mist,it seemed right the way it was.

Uhm.. the Elevator pass is just temporary, can only be bought for a limited time.
And if you want to lower the CE price, more ppl must acually buy CE (yeah, it's wierd isnt it..)
As long as there are more sellers than buyers, the price goes up!!
And complaining about it here wont help a bit.. .. (yeah, that is true, no matter how hard you don't wanna belive that)
There have been so many Anti-CE-Price-threads now that, if I got one CE for each one, I wouldnt need to buy any CE in game!!

Aragoth - "As long as there are more sellers than buyers, the price goes up!!"
Incorrect. You got that precisely backwards. When demand outstrips supply prices will rise. When supply saturates demand prices will fall.
At this point it is clear that there are more willing buyers than there are willing sellers. Higher prices encourage sellers to be more willing and make for fewer willing buyers.

What evidence do you have that CE will reach 80 each? None. Ok, good.
"Now, with the current settings"
It's not a "setting", it's a market. People determine the prices (other than OOO's monetary policy). If CE goes much higher, they probably won't keep the passes up, or will raise the price. Or they'll do something. It's hardly something to get your panties in a bunch over.

OOO's most successful method of influencing the player market has been through:
1) Rose Regalia events
2) The opening of the UV shop
If you ask me, 'a' reason that the crown:CE ratio is generally an increasing function of time is because generally people like to keep their in-game currency (be it crowns or CE) as CE. So players convert gained crowns to CE asap usually (maybe leaving 100k or so for reselling recipes) which increases the price. Now clearly there are other influences, but I feel the general feeling of players is to mass CE and not crowns.
Just thinking about it, if OOO opened up a 'bank' that functioned like a real bank in the sense that it had some low interest gain, like 1% or something, then it would give incentive for players to keep their in-game currency as crowns.

You know right that we let the energy prices rise? Just don't buy energy, it'd be my only advice. there are people who buy 100ce for 6.5k.. still there are too many "rich" idiots..

CE was NOT sold for 500! That was temporary! It did NOT last very long! CE was usually found at 7k in beta and often rose up to 10k!
Prices are at 7k CE....when I started it was at 6.7k (ages ago). I barely survived then as a Noob. Now I'm pro with 5* all over and 7k is just rediculussss. To balance this temporary and nearly game ending influx, OOO needs to do something. People are only going to keep buying them elevator passes, which last 30 days. So 30 days of CE prices rising = gOOOdbye game for probably a lot of early players.
What we need is noobs in this game. Paying more than they earn in probably 2 days for 100 CE isn't going to help.
