An extra earnings of 1% or 10% in crowns to the total number of those collected by guild members. Like if we earn 100 crowns, the guild would also get 10. Make the guild crowns only usable by the guild and only to purchase items for the guildhall. Those items or Guild Loot, could be things like balls, darts, usable card tables, other games/objects, furniture and decorations to make the halls fun and sociable places to be. Something users would want to be part of. Something to strive for. Guilds could have crown collecting parties to decorate or plan game parties, sporting events, decorate for holidays or whatever other creative ideas they can come up with.

There really isn't much in this game for guilds to do in the way of guild halls or perks...
Besides, if a guild wants a pool of shared resources, why not start one and put it aside with a GM or make a Guild Treasurer as an officer?

I went to my guild hall once. It was empty, sad and lonely. It would have been nice if there was a billiards game going on.
