Uhh, hey. My suggestion is exactly what the title tells you.
I haven't yet TRIED the PvP, simply because I'm afraid I'll get some SERIOUS criticism from other people, or just loose money in general, considering I have no experience, and haven't practiced at all.
So that's why I'd like a Private Match mode, where you can't earn crowns, but it doesn't COST crowns either.
So you could practice or just play for fun, with your friends U:

Yeah, well, nevermind the whole "I'm afraid I'll do bad in PvP" because I now have some experience, haha.
And there's a guild PvP as well, so I mean, it's not that it's THAT a big problem anymore either.
But a private match option would make sense imo, it wouldn't give you scooore, but ehh... I guess it's pretty useless after all .. xD
to be among the best at pvp, you need heart trinkets, max asi, and max damage, making the game not viable for most. I support having matches where you can choose all 12 players. In fact, if this were implemented, say you could invite players to your team and pick a specific other team to play, which also picked its own players), I would play lockdown at least 3 times as much as I do, and I know many others who will feel the same. Why this was not implemented in LDs original release is beyond me.
Stop it, enough already, you've been discussing that in like every thread that has "lockdown" in the title, all the time. :P

It's actually fairly difficult to lose money playing Lockdown. Krog coins are worth about 100cr each when you trade them in for mod calibrators to sell on the AH, so if you lose a match you're only down 100cr at most, and if you win you're up 280 (2 coins and 80 cr).
T3 lockdown can be quite frustrating, but T2 is fun. Just get yourself a 3* set of amour (piercing defence is preferred) and surf some threads in the arsenal forum for what weapon loadouts would suit you (generic answer: pierce sword) and heat it up to level 10. That'll put you head and shoulders above most noobs already.
Once you've done that, just dive in and play guardian for a few rounds. It's pretty much the easiest class to play, just park yourself on points with your team and shield over them, and go on the offence once your shield breaks.
On the average day, only about 25-50% of the players in a given match are actually any good at the game. You're not going to be the only newb playing.
