Can I take out a Intel GMA 950 from my 1st Gen Macbook and plug in a NVIDIA GeForce 8600M GT?
Need some help with exchanging graphics cards.

In a word, no.
If you removed the GMA 950 (which would require some rather impressive soldering skills) your laptop would completely cease to function as it is also the same chip that manages access between all the other components in your computer. You cannot add another graphics device since there is no place to put it.
